Throughout my life’s journey, I have been fortunate to have mentors, coaches, and leaders who believed in me—often before I fully believed in myself. They saw potential I had yet to recognize, encouraged me to take the next step, and helped shape the leader I would become.
My professional path began as an early childhood educator. When my two daughters were born, I combined my passion for learning and development by operating an in-home nursery school. As my family grew, so did my desire to continue learning and serving others. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology , followed by a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, and embarked on a career in behavioral healthcare that would span more than three decades.
Along the way, trusted mentors and coaches inspired me to embrace new opportunities, expand my perspective, and step into leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Their guidance helped me navigate pivotal career transitions—from manager to executive leader—and ultimately to discovering my own True North.
I found that True North at Helio Health, where I had the privilege of serving as President and CEO. In that role, I led an organization of more than 1,200 colleagues providing services to over 22,000 individuals across five regions of New York State. It was both an honor and a profound learning experience that reinforced my belief in the power of purpose-driven leadership.
Today, it is my mission to give back what was so generously given to me. As a certified Life Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, I partner with leaders who are seeking clarity, confidence, growth, and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives.
Whether you are navigating a career transition, stepping into a new leadership role, or seeking greater alignment between your values and your work, coaching can help you uncover your own True North.
Where will your True North lead you?
I invite you to embark on that journey with me.
